Conceptualisation

The conceptualisation of this event was 2-fold viz. one that cantered on the unique ideology & vision of KTPL, 2nd that commemorated the living legacy of its founder, on his 75th birthday. To celebrate such an exceptional amalgam, we combined both the events into one gala extravaganza, with lights, sounds, and entertainment galore.

Execution

  • On the execution front, we catered to the entire spectrum, by creating an all inclusive event for the company, its founder and the employees alike.
  • From entry onwards, the entire mood was designed to be celebratory, with separate entertainment sections for families of employees, including children.
  • With ample seating arrangements, across the sprawling venue, we ensure that every attendee had a seat to witness the magic of the celebration with the founder of the company taking the most distinguished and centre stage
  • Renowned artists and troupes were booked to provide entertainment to the attendees and ensure that the celebration befitted the mood of the all those in attendance

  • From concept to execution, every aspect handled by Brand Aid was unequivocally well received
