- Conceptualized and executed Kalpotsav 2026 as a large-scale corporate event celebrating achievements and culture
- Built the event around the theme #VividhataMeEkta (Unity in Diversity), aligning all experiences and communication to a single narrative
- Planned and managed pre-event engagement activities to build anticipation and participation
- Designed and executed complete on-ground branding including entry gates, welcome pillars, standees, and thematic installations
- Created multiple engagement zones including interactive installations, kids’ activity areas, and photo experiences
- Managed stage design, show flow, performances, awards, and overall event programming
- Delivered end-to-end execution including entertainment, logistics, and guest experience
Approach & Execution
Event Concept & Planning
- Developed the event around the idea of unity within diversity, translating it into visual, experiential, and communication elements
- Structured the event as a full experience, from pre-event activities to the main celebration evening
- Designed the flow to include arrivals, engagement, performances, recognition, and closure with dinner
Pre-event Engagement
- Initiated pre-event activities a week prior to build excitement and participation
- Introduced interactive formats like mosaic installations that encouraged employee involvement
- Used these activities to create early engagement and a sense of ownership among attendees
On-ground Branding & Installations
- Created a cohesive visual environment through welcome pillars, gate branding, signage, and thematic décor
- Designed installations such as the Wall of Fame, Award Showcase, and Journey Wall to highlight achievements and milestones
- Developed hashtag installations and branded elements to encourage interaction and content creation
Experience & Engagement Zones
- Set up interactive experiences including a Glambot photo booth and live mascot to enhance participation
- Designed dedicated kids’ activity zones with games and play areas, making the event inclusive for families
- Introduced creative engagement formats like ‘Color Me’ installations to increase involvement across age groups
Stage & Event Programming
- Designed and executed a large-format stage setup for performances, awards, and key moments
- Managed the complete show flow including cultural performances, speeches, and recognition segments
Guest Experience & Flow Management
- Planned structured guest arrivals with traditional welcome and on-ground engagement
- Integrated video bytes, interactive touchpoints, and movement flow to ensure a seamless experience
- Ensured smooth coordination across multiple elements including performances, activities, and dining
