- Engaging in pre-event activities at KPTL premises to announce the theme of Kalpotsav 2023.
- Creating a vision for a grand entrance for dignitaries, guests, invitees, and employees.
- Organizing a splendid reception for the Chairman, MD, and other distinguished guests.
- Pre-event activities on the premises to engage guests, employees, and their families.
- Efficiently managing and executing the entire event with seamless coordination.
- Handling all aspects of the event, including stage and prop arrangements, from start to finish.
- Planning and executing cultural programs and venue decorations.
- Arranging and conducting the Felicitation Ceremony.
- Capturing the event through photography and videography.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the company refrained from holding any celebrations or acknowledgments for a period of two years. However, in February 2023, KPIL gathered its dedicated and enthusiastic team members to honor their hard work and commitment.
The occasion served as a platform to demonstrate the unity, strength, and spirit of the highly efficient workforce, consisting of 3,250 individuals. The event was meticulously organized to ensure a balance between entertainment and relaxation for the attendees.
Our primary responsibilities included creating an atmosphere of elegance and creativity through innovative decorations, coordinating the setup of cultural activities throughout the venue, conceptualizing captivating light and sound arrangements for the Felicitation Ceremony on the stage, producing engaging audio-visual content that aligned with the event's theme and shared the vision for the upcoming years.
Furthermore, the presentation of awards, trophies and mementos was conducted with proper planning and special attention was paid to the overall guest experience to ensure a flawless execution of the award ceremony.
Impact
The event was a resounding success, effectively uniting KPIL's workforce of 1500 participants in an enjoyable manner. All attendees had a great time engaging in cultural activities. Any apprehensions regarding the company's shift in the work culture from KPTL to KPIL were successfully alleviated. The employees were further inspired and motivated to contribute to the company's growth with renewed enthusiasm and energy.
